The Story Behind Nibble Dog Treats
At Nibble, everything starts with one simple truth: we love dogs — and we believe they deserve better.
It all began with frustration. As dog parents in Nepal, we struggled to find treats that were healthy, natural, and affordable. Most of what we found on the shelves was full of preservatives, loaded with questionable ingredients, or priced like luxury imports. It didn’t sit right with us — or with our dogs.
So we rolled up our sleeves, got into the kitchen, and started experimenting. Our research led us deep into canine nutrition, hours of chats with local vets, and plenty of trial-and-error baking. We tested everything on our in-house taste testers: our golden retriever, who eats like a vacuum, and our picky beagle, who sniffs everything like a food critic. They were brutally honest (and occasionally drooled on the feedback forms).
We shared early batches with friends and family — and their dogs — refining every recipe based on real reactions and real results. After months of trial, error, and a lot of tail wags, we finally landed on a range of treats that are:
- Made with natural, beneficial ingredients
- Lab-tested for safety
- Handmade, oven-baked, and packed with love
- Affordable, without cutting corners on quality
We recently moved our production to Kupondole Heights in Lalitpur, where we’ve set up a cozy space to keep doing what we love: crafting treats that make dogs happy and dog parents proud.
